Up island by Anne Rivers Siddons
Book Number:RC 45160
Molly Redwine of Atlanta, Georgia, has never really gotten to know herself.
Her mother dominated Molly's childhood, and since then her life has been
devoted to her family. Now, more than twenty years later, and alone, Molly
begins to find herself when she has the chance to spend the summer at
Martha's
Vineyard. Some strong language. Bestseller.
Well another great book I['ve reread. Y'all know how a big, buttery
croissant roll has all those flakey layers? Each is packed with that rich,
mouth watering flavor? That's what Siddons books are like for me. Even
rereading them, I always get something new that I didn't get the first time.
Man, this one has a super twist in it. I won't tell anything more about the
book, if I got started, I'd be afraid I'd give something away. I give it
a 5 out of 5.
Happy reading,
Carla/TexasRed

Sounds mysterious. I'll try it!

Clearly, I missed something when I read this in fits and starts a couple of years ago. II'm dying to know what that twist is, but I guess you won't tell? *grin*

The setting interested me, but nothing else sticks in my memory about this book.
